The Dare Effect is back for 2016 and its going to be exciting! Whether you are a member at Livingston, some other church, or no church at all make sure you register for this memorable event.
The Dare Effect is a young-adult gathering that began in Western Australia in 2015. The gatherings seek to train, equip, and inspire young adults to become the movement of change that our world needs. The Dare Effect runs for 4 nights and features a guest speaker, relevant conversations, and a loving, authentic environment.
This year, 2016, the theme will be: "Strangers, Neighbours, and 'Frenemies:' Loving Across Borders." Join guest speaker Lisa Clark Diller as she takes us on a journey of exploration into the ways in which we, as the church, can become a movement that penetrates the walls that divide and separate us from our communities and one another.
The Dare Effect begins March 8, 7pm at the Livingston SDA Church (291 Nicholson Road, Canningvale) and will run until the 11th followed by a Youth Church gathering at 11am on the 12th and an afternoon picnic. We hope to see you there.
